Giving Back to Society and Inclusive Aging
Group resources were marshaled by Bioptik to leverage our core competency in medical testing and dietary supplement manufacturing. To support community aged care resources and grassroots education on preventive health knowledge for older people, we organized Community Physical Monitoring Day, healthy exercise courses, and community care. Bioptik fulfills our social responsibility through active participation in local activities and giving back to the community.

Sexual Harassment Prevention
To prevent and deal with sexual harassment in the workplace as well as provide a working and service environment free from sexual harassment, the “Management Regulations on Sexual Harassment Prevention in the Workplace were defined in accordance with the “Regulations for Establishing Measures of Prevention, Correction, Complaint and Punishment of Sexual Harassment at Workplace.”

Training and Development
Talent is the key to the future and “employees are important company assets.” We not only cultivate the talent needed for the Company’s business development but also encourage employees to take part in internal/external and in-service training.
Occupational Health and Safety
Establishment of Occupational Health and Safety Committee
The Company has established an Occupational Health and Safety Committee which is convened on a quarterly basis. The Committee reviews the progress of each task in the Occupational Health and Safety Plan before discussing and developing new plans to ensure health and safety in the workplace.
Safety Management
The safety of employees is always the top priority during the design of all software and hardware facilities in the workplace. Every machine in the factory undergo scheduled inspections and maintenance to ensure their operational safety and protect the occupational safety of employees. New hires and current employees also receive regular worker health and safety training.
Emergency Response Training
Emergency response drills on fire, chemical hazards, earthquakes, and treatment/care of injured personnel are conducted on a regular basis. Continuous improvement review is employed to ensure correct employee response in an emergency.
